The non-condensing boiler grant comes under the ECO4 scheme to provide financial support for replacing the old non-condensing boilers with an A-rated boiler for free! The aim is to provide energy- and cost-efficient options to people while reducing carbon emissions.

Your boiler must be at least 8 years old.
The source of power should be the gas supply. If the boiler’s power source is biomass, oil, or LPG, you are not eligible.
The applicant must be the receiver of one of the government’s lists of benefits (Pension Credit Savings Credit, Income-Based Employment and Support Allowance, Child Tax Credit, etc.).
Only property owners are eligible for the grant. Councils of privately rented properties are not eligible for the grant.
